Park Mountain is located high in the Adirondack Mountains in the midst of the magnificent Adirondack Park, only 25 minutes north of Lake George Village, which offers shopping, fine dining and a wide variety of entertainment and attractions year round.

The Gore Mountain Ski Resort is only 30 minutes away. Voted as top ten in the east in value, terrain, challenge and weather by the readers of Ski Magazine, Gore Mountain features 9 lifts, 62 trails and 292 skiable acres. Services include two lodges with dining, nursery, rental shop, accessory and clothing shop, lounge, ski & snowboarding school and mountain patrol. Other nearby ski resorts include Dynamite Hill, Hickory Ski Center and West Mountain.

The Lake George area also features some of the finest golfing found anywhere, from challenging 9-hole rounds to championship courses. USGA courses in the area include the Sagamore Resort & Golf Club, Green Mansions, the Queensbury Country Club, Top of the World, Bay Meadows, Hiland Park, 1000 Acres Golf Club and Cronin's Golf Resort.

While offering all the pristine beauty of the wilderness, Park Mountain is amazingly accessible. It lies just 10 minutes from I-87 (direct route to Albany, New York City and Montreal) on a county road which is maintained year round. Park Mountain is 1.3 hours north of Albany, NY, 4 hours north of New York City, 2.77 hours south of Montreal and 4 hours north-west of Boston.*

Park Mountain features eight exclusive estates, private and secluded, but with easy access to the areas numerous vacation activities. Each estate lot averages 40 acres and most include either a lake view or lie alongside a brook. All estates share access to a private lake with pavilion and boat ramp.

There is direct access to the magnificent Pharaoh Lake Wilderness on three sides of the property. The area is surrounded by dozen of lakes including beautiful Lake George, Brant Lake, Schroon Lake and has miles of hiking trails. An incredible variety of outdoor activities literally await just outside of the door! Imagine taking the snowmobile trail right from your front yard, beginning your morning hike directly from your front door, or taking a short walk to the dock, stepping in your boat and fishing within a few minutes! The Lodges at Park Mountain are bordered on three sides by the spectacularly beautiful Pharoah Lake Wilderness Area.

This wilderness area is famous for its large number of lakes and ponds, which teem with trout and are ideal for canoeing, fishing and swimming. Its hills and mountains are covered with ancient forests of beautiful cedar, pine, oak, birch, hemlock, beech and maple trees.

Motor vehicles are prohibited to protect the special wilderness character of the region, but a network of interconnecting trails provide access to its wonders, and are great for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the winter.

Pharoah Mountain itself rises to a height of 2,557 feet and provides a spectacular view of the entire Adirondack range, as do many of the other peaks in the area.
